Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc has announced the issue of over 1.28 million new ordinary shares to fulfill share awards for employees under the Share Incentive Plan, with the shares expected to be admitted to the FCA and London Stock Exchange by May 13, 2024. This move will bring the total number of voting shares in the company to 825,025,531, as the company confirms it holds no shares in Treasury.
