Associated British Foods plc has bought back 74,950 of its own shares for cancellation as part of its share repurchase program, with prices ranging from GBp 2,727.0000 to GBp 2,749.0000 per share. The repurchased shares were acquired through various trading venues, including the London Stock Exchange, and will be cancelled as part of the company’s effort to reduce its share capital.
