ARYA Sciences Acquisition IV (ARYD) has released an update.
On February 2, 2024, ARYA Sciences Acquisition Corp IV extended its Business Combination Period by one month, to March 2, 2024, by drawing $140,000 from a promissory note with its Sponsor for deposit into its trust account, and an additional $50,000 for working capital. This extension is the last permitted under the company’s governing documents. The promissory note, which carries no interest, will be repaid from outside the trust account if no business combination occurs, and its maturity may be accelerated in case of default.
