Aptitude Software Group plc has awarded nil-cost options over ordinary shares to its top executives, CEO Alex Curran and CFO Mike Johns, as part of their deferred bonus plan for the 2023 financial year, set to vest in 2026. Curran received options for 2,033 shares, while Johns was granted options for 973 shares, as officially disclosed by the company. These transactions occurred outside of a trading venue on April 29, 2024, and are part of the company’s incentive program.
