Christa Davies has decided to retire as Executive Vice President and CFO of Aon plc, ending over 16 years with the company. She will continue her CFO role into the third quarter of 2024 before transitioning to a senior advisor role until 2025. Concurrently, Aon amended CEO Gregory C. Case’s employment agreement, extending his tenure until April 2028, with no changes to his compensation.
