Ansarada Group Ltd. (AU:AND) has released an update.
Ansarada Group Ltd. has announced that the Supreme Court of New South Wales has approved a shareholder meeting to vote on a proposed acquisition by Datasite and a separate sale of certain Ansarada products. The acquisition is set at A$2.50 cash per share and is interdependent with the product sale transaction. Shareholders are urged to review the Explanatory Booklet, which includes an independent expert’s report deeming the acquisition beneficial, before voting.
