Thomas Novosel has retired as Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer of Americold Realty Trust, with a generous exit package that aligns with his employment terms, including a continuation of salary and bonuses, health benefits, and potential vesting of stock units. Subsequently, Robert Harris, with over 25 years of finance experience and a history at firms like Aptean and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, has been promoted to fill the role. Harris’s new compensation includes a $375,000 base salary, performance-based incentives, equity awards, and comprehensive benefit participation, all on an at-will employment basis.
