William F. Concannon retired and resigned from his position as a Class B Director on the Board of Altus Power, Inc., effective February 27, 2024. He was succeeded by Robert Bernard, appointed by the Class B Stockholders. Bernard, with a diverse background including serving as Chief Sustainability Officer at CBRE and founding a private equity firm, brings a wealth of experience, including strategic roles at National Geographic and Microsoft. His compensation aligns with the company’s standard for non-employee directors. The change in the board was publicly announced via a press release by Altus Power.
