Aloro Mining Corp. has entered into an agreement to sell its Los Venados Property in Sonora, Mexico, to Minas de Oro Nacional, a subsidiary of Alamos Gold Inc., for $420,000 and the assumption of royalty obligations. This decision comes as Aloro seeks to maximize shareholder value amidst challenging capital market conditions and political environments in Mexico. The transaction is expected to close by December 31, 2025, and may result in Aloro’s shares being transferred to the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange. Aloro plans to continue exploring opportunities in other jurisdictions.
