Alcidion Group Limited has reported a change in the holdings of Director Daniel Sharp, who acquired 250,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares through an on-market trade, resulting in a direct interest of 578,572 shares and an indirect interest of 800,000 shares post-transaction. The shares were purchased at prices of $0.048 and $0.054 per share, with the total direct and indirect holdings now amounting to 1,378,572 shares. The last filing incorrectly recorded all shares as directly held, which has been corrected in this notice.
