David Brant briefly joined the Board of Directors at Airspan Networks Holdings Inc. to help the board reach a quorum after a series of resignations reduced its size. His appointment facilitated the reduction of board seats from ten to six, ensuring the board could operate effectively under Delaware law. Brant resigned just days later, with no disagreements cited, and the company expressed gratitude for his contribution in resolving the quorum challenge.
