Affinor Growers Completes Funding and Debt Settlement

Affinor Growers (TSE:AFI) has released an update.

Affinor Growers has successfully closed a private placement of units, raising $129,000 for administrative fees and strawberry production and development. In a separate action, the company settled a debt with Pavenham Development Corp by issuing shares. Both transactions involved insiders, with the private offering fully subscribed by three insiders and the debt settlement to a creditor who is also an insider holding more than 10% of the company’s shares.
