Accrol Group Holdings PLC has announced that its shareholders have approved a recommended all-cash acquisition by Navigator Paper UK Limited, with 99.12% of votes in favor of the increased and final offer. This acquisition will be executed through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement, with shareholders receiving 39 pence per Accrol share. The successful shareholder votes at the Court and General Meetings pave the way for the finalization of the takeover, subject to court sanction and other remaining conditions.
