3i Group Executives Acquire Shares in Incentive Plan

3i Group plc (GB:III) has released an update.

3i Group PLC has announced that on September 30, 2024, its Directors and persons with managerial responsibility acquired shares under the company’s Share Incentive Plan. The acquisition included both ‘Partnership Shares’ purchased at 3346.33333 pence each and ‘Matching Shares’ awarded at no cost, with individual totals ranging from 12 to 15 shares per person.
