Concentrix (CNXC) stock took a beating on Friday following the release of the customer experience solutions company’s Q3 2025 earnings report. This report began with adjusted earnings per share of $2.78, which was below Wall Street’s estimate of $2.87. It also represented a 3.1% decline year-over-year compared to an adjusted EPS of $2.87 per share.

Concentrix reported revenue of $2.48 billion in Q3, which beat analysts’ estimate of $2.46 billion for the quarter. The company’s revenue also increased 4% year-over-year from $2.39 billion. Concentrix President and CEO Chris Caldwell noted, “Our ongoing growth momentum demonstrates our strong position as a trusted provider of business transformation solutions that combine CX expertise, AI and IT services globally.”

Concentrix stock was down 18.53% in pre-market trading on Friday, following a 1.1% drop yesterday. The shares have rallied 29.42% year-to-date and 6.65% over the past 12 months.

Concentrix Guidance

Concentrix provided guidance for the fourth quarter of 2025 in its most recent earnings report. The company expects adjusted EPS to range from $2.85 to $2.96, alongside revenue of $2.525 billion to $2.55 billion. To put that outlook in perspective, Wall Street expects the company to report adjusted EPS of $3.24 on revenue of $2.53 billion.

Concentrix’s Q4 2025 guidance also includes operating income of $163 million to $173 million, non-GAAP operating income of $320 million to $330 million, and an effective tax rate of 25%.
