Cintas Corp Welcomes Beverly Carmichael to Expanded Board

Cintas Corp (CTAS) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.

The Board of Directors of Cintas Corporation expanded their board to eleven members, appointing Beverly K. Carmichael, who will serve until the next annual shareholders meeting. With a background as an executive at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., as well as leadership roles at several other companies and law experience, Carmichael brings a wealth of experience to Cintas. She will receive the standard compensation for non-employee directors and her appointment was not the result of any outside arrangement.
