ARK Invest Files for Three New Bitcoin ETFs

According to the filings, the new funds include the ARK Bitcoin Yield ETF, ARK DIET Bitcoin 1 ETF, and ARK DIET Bitcoin 2 ETF, all part of the ARK ETF Trust. Each product is designed to offer investors different levels of Bitcoin exposure and risk protection.

The ARK Bitcoin Yield ETF aims to generate income by using yield-based Bitcoin strategies, such as selling options and collecting premiums. This structure appeals to investors seeking consistent returns in a volatile crypto market.

Next, ARK DIET Bitcoin 1 ETF offers 50% downside protection while allowing investors to participate in the upside after a 5% increase in Bitcoin’s price each quarter. Meanwhile, the ARK DIET Bitcoin 2 ETF provides 10% downside protection and allows additional upside once Bitcoin trades above its starting price for the quarter.

All three filings are preliminary and will be subject to regulatory review before approval.

Wood Expands Ark’s Crypto Reach

These new ETFs add to Ark Invest’s growing presence in the crypto market. The firm already runs several blockchain and Bitcoin-related funds, and Cathie Wood remains a strong supporter of Bitcoin’s long-term potential.
