Catalent (CTLT) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the submission of matters to a vote of security holders.
At the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting on January 25, 2024, shareholders elected the proposed directors for a one-year term with a clear majority in favor, ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the independent auditor for fiscal 2024, approved executive compensation in a non-binding vote, and endorsed the amendment to the 2018 Omnibus Incentive Plan, all with significant support as reflected in the voting tallies.
