Biofrontera Inc. disclosed a non-compliance notice with Nasdaq’s listing requirements received on November 22, 2023, as reported in a Form 8-K. The company submitted a compliance plan on January 8, 2024, and was subsequently granted a 180-day extension by Nasdaq until May 20, 2024, to meet the listing criteria.
