Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Archer-Daniels-Midland Company appointed Ismael Roig as Interim Chief Financial Officer on January 21, 2024, after placing the former CFO, Vikram Luthar, on administrative leave amidst an investigation into accounting practices within the Nutrition reporting segment. The investigation is in response to an SEC document request, and the company is cooperating. Roig, with a diverse background in various leadership roles within the company and prior experience at General Motors, holds several academic credentials. His compensation as Interim CFO may be revised, and there are no disclosed conflicts of interest or familial relations with company executives.
