Apple (AAPL) Is About to Report Q4 Earnings Tomorrow. Here Is What to Expect

iPhone maker Apple (AAPL) will report its Q4 FY25 earnings after the market closes on Thursday, October 30. The stock has risen 8% in 2025 so far, lifted by steady iPhone demand, strong growth in its high-margin Services business, and growing optimism about its move into artificial intelligence. It’s important to highlight that Apple hit a $4 trillion market value on Tuesday, fueled by strong iPhone 17 sales that are outpacing last year’s iPhone 16 lineup. However, tariff risks and regulatory pressure continue to weigh on investor sentiment.

Analysts see solid growth in both sales and profit, helped by ongoing strength in iPhones and Apple’s expanding focus on AI-powered products and services. Wall Street expects Apple to post earnings of $1.78 per share, up 8.5% from a year ago, and revenue of $102.17 billion, about 7.6% higher than the same period last year.

Notably, Apple has an encouraging earnings surprise history. The company has beaten earnings estimates for nine straight quarters.

Analysts’ Views Ahead of AAPL’s Q4 Earnings

Ahead of Apple’s Q4 print, Wells Fargo analyst Aaron Rakers maintained a Buy rating on Apple stock and raised his price target to $290 from $245. Rakers expects Apple to post earnings of $1.79 per share on revenue of $102.4 billion and believes investor attention will center on the company’s AI strategy. He remains confident that Apple can benefit from the AI trend by adding stronger AI features across its devices, backed by its deep ecosystem and user-friendly design.

On the contrary, UBS analyst David Vogt kept a Hold rating on Apple with a $220 price target. He remains cautious amid slowing iPhone demand in China, where Apple faces tough competition from Huawei and Xiaomi.
