Several analysts have recently reaffirmed their Buy ratings on AMZN stock, citing stronger growth expectations.

Recently, four-star-rated analyst Justin Patterson at KeyBanc raised his price target from $325 to $335 with a Buy rating. He slightly raised his 2026 and 2027 revenue forecasts for Amazon, mainly due to stronger growth expectations for Amazon Web Services (AWS). He now expects AWS revenue to grow 31% year-over-year in both 2026 and 2027. Patterson also increased his operating income estimates for 2026 and 2027, citing improving retail margins.
Before this, Wedbush’s analyst Ygal Arounian initiated his coverage with a Buy rating on AMZN stock. He said AI has become the biggest driver of growth across the internet sector, helping companies improve their user experience and long-term growth potential.
Jefferies analyst Brent Thill reiterated a Buy rating on AMZN with a $320 price target. He said Amazon trades at about 12 times its expected EBITDA over the next 12 months, making it cheaper than many other retail and technology companies. Thill added that the stock’s modest performance over the past three months has made its valuation even more attractive for long-term investors.
He also expects Amazon’s AI-driven data center investments to support future growth, especially if the company raises its capital spending guidance later this year.

Earlier this month, Sheridan reiterated his Buy rating on AMZN stock and raised his price target from $325 to $335.

Sheridan said concerns over consumer spending and AI investment have weighed on Amazon stock. Still, Prime Day sales increased 9.5% year-over-year, suggesting consumer demand remains healthy. He also raised his AWS revenue forecasts, expecting growth of about 33% in 2026 and nearly 35% in 2027. He believes stronger customer demand and recent price increases will drive AWS growth.
Meanwhile, top-rated analyst Laura Martin at Needham is the most profitable analyst on AMZN stock over the timeframe of three months. Martin has a Buy rating on AMZN with a price target of $300.
