Accenture (ACN) stock jumped on Thursday following the release of the professional services company’s Fiscal Q4 2025 earnings report. That report began with adjusted earnings per share of $3.03, which was better than Wall Street’s estimate of $2.98. It also increased 8.6% from the $2.79 per share reported in the same period of the year prior.

Revenue reported by Accenture in Fiscal Q4 was $17.6 billion, compared to analysts’ estimate of $17.38 billion. The company’s revenue also rose 7% year-over-year. Accenture Chair and CEO Julie Sweet noted the company’s growth was due to its “unique ability to deliver for our clients as they seek our help to reinvent and lead with AI.”

Accenture stock was up 0.20% in pre-market trading on Thursday, following a 1.52% rally yesterday. The shares have fallen 31.07% year-to-date and 32.81% over the past 12 months.

Accenture Guidance

Accenture provided investors with guidance for Fiscal 2026 in its latest earnings report. The company expects adjusted EPS for the year to range from $13.52 to $13.90, representing a 5% to 8% increase. With a midpoint of $13.71 per share, this would miss Wall Street’s adjusted EPS estimate of $13.78.

Accenture noted it expects revenue growth for Fiscal 2026 to come in between 2% and 5%. When excluding a 1% to 1.5% impact from its U.S. federal business, the company expects revenue growth to range from 3% to 6%. It also plans to return at least $9.3 billion in cash to investors in Fiscal 2026.

Turning to Wall Street, the analysts’ consensus rating for Accenture is Moderate Buy, based on 10 Buy, six Hold, and a single Sell rating over the past three months.
