Technology stocks have recently pulled back as investors worry about heavy AI spending, soaring valuations, and rising geopolitical tensions between the U.S. and Iran. However, Wall Street analysts remain bullish on several AI-related companies, supported by long-term demand for AI infrastructure, cloud computing, quantum computing, and advanced memory.
Using TipRanks’ Stock Screener Tool, we identified three AI-related tech companies: Oracle (ORCL), Micron (MU), and IonQ Inc. (IONQ). All three carry Strong Buy consensus ratings from Wall Street analysts and offer significant upside potential over the next 12 months.

Oracle (NYSE:ORCL)
Oracle provides database software, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise applications to businesses worldwide. Its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform provides the computing power needed to run AI workloads, while its databases store and manage the data used by AI applications. Analysts remain bullish as Oracle continues to secure large AI cloud contracts. Oracle’s Remaining Performance Obligations (RPO) reached $638 billion at the end of FY2026, up 363% year-over-year, with much of the increase driven by large-scale AI contracts. The large backlog gives the company greater visibility into future growth.
ORCL has a Strong Buy consensus rating based on 27 Buys and four Hold ratings. The average Oracle price target of $258.14 implies 74.8% upside potential from current levels.
Micron (NASDAQ:MU)
Micron specializes in memory and storage products that help devices and AI servers process and store large amounts of data. Its products include DRAM (Dynamic Random-Access Memory), NAND flash memory, high-bandwidth memory (HBM), and solid-state drives (SSDs). Tight memory supply and strong demand from AI data centers have kept memory prices elevated, supporting Micron’s long-term growth outlook.
On TipRanks, MU has a Strong Buy consensus rating based on 29 Buys and one Hold rating. The average Micron price target of $1,568.39 implies 53.5% upside potential from current levels.
IonQ (NYSE:IONQ)
IonQ is a quantum computing company that develops trapped-ion quantum computers and provides cloud-based access to them through platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AMZN), Microsoft (MSFT) Azure, and Google (GOOGL) Cloud. IonQ is one of the leading pure-play quantum computing companies, building a full-stack platform spanning computing, networking, sensing, and security.
IONQ has a Strong Buy consensus rating on TipRanks, based on nine Buys and one Hold rating. The average IONQ price target of $69.44 implies 49.7% upside potential from current levels.
