ETF Overview
Corgi U.S. Regional Banks 2x Daily ETF
XKRE — Corgi U.S. Regional Banks 2x Daily ETF is a leveraged sector ETF that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the State Street SPDR S&P Regional Banking ETF (the Underlying ETF). The fund provides amplified exposure to the regional-banking niche of the Financials sector — institutions focused on community, regional and mid-sized commercial banking activities that tend to be more sensitive to local economic cycles, loan-credit conditions and changes in interest rates. Designed for active traders and tactical portfolio managers, XKRE is intended to deliver magnified short‑term participation in the performance of U.S. regional banks; it is not a traditional buy‑and‑hold vehicle. Because the fund targets daily returns and resets its leverage each trading day, returns held over longer periods can diverge significantly from two times the cumulative return of the Underlying ETF due to compounding and volatility effects. Investors should be aware that sector concentration, regulatory and credit risks, and the elevated volatility inherent in leveraged instruments can lead to rapid and substantial losses as well as gains. XKRE is best suited for sophisticated, risk-tolerant investors who understand leverage, monitor positions closely, and use the fund for short-term trading, tactical tilts, hedges or speculative strategies rather than long-term core exposure.
