ETF Overview
Northern Trust California Intermediate Tax-Exempt Bond ETF
Northern Trust California Intermediate Tax-Exempt Bond ETF (TXCA) is an investment-grade municipal bond ETF focused on California’s government and local-authority issuers. It seeks to provide tax-exempt income and intermediate-term fixed-income exposure by tracking, before fees and expenses, the ICE California Intermediate Term Focused Municipal Bond Index. The portfolio is designed for investors seeking relatively moderate interest-rate sensitivity compared with longer-duration municipal funds, while gaining diversified access to California’s public-finance market. As with all municipal bond investments, returns and principal value can fluctuate with changes in interest rates, credit conditions, and the financial health of the underlying issuers.
