ETF Overview
Corgi Growth & Technology 15% Structured Buffer ETF
Corgi Growth & Technology 15% Structured Buffer ETF (QQJN) is an actively managed, structured‑outcome ETF that offers investors targeted exposure to the Nasdaq‑100 growth and technology complex while seeking to limit short‑term downside. Classified in the Structured Outcome / Downside Hedge category, QQJN seeks the price return of the Invesco QQQ Trust (Nasdaq‑100) up to a manager‑determined cap for each annual series, and simultaneously provides a buffer that absorbs the first 15% of losses on the underlying’s price return over the 12‑month period. The fund implements this outcome with FLEX options — exchange‑listed, customizable options — using an overlay strategy that is reset at the start of each series (each series begins June 1) and actively managed to set strike levels and caps for the coming year.
QQJN is designed for investors who want meaningful participation in the Nasdaq‑100’s growth and technology exposure but prefer a defined, limited downside cushion for one‑year intervals, accepting a capped upside and the costs and tradeoffs that come with option overlays. Important features and tradeoffs: the protection applies only to the first 15% of price decline and only for the current annual series (losses beyond 15% are borne by shareholders); the fund targets price return (which excludes dividends); and the cap on upside participation, option costs and manager decisions can reduce long‑term returns compared with unhedged ownership of QQQ. In short, QQJN blends active options structuring with Nasdaq‑100 equity exposure to offer a disciplined, resettable, one‑year downside hedge for investors seeking tempered growth participation in a technology‑and‑growth‑oriented niche.
