ETF Overview
Corgi OKLO 2x Daily ETF
Corgi OKLO 2x Daily ETF (OKLC) is a sector-focused, leveraged exchange-traded fund that seeks to deliver twice (2x) the daily price performance of shares of Oklo Inc. (NYSE: OKLO). Positioned in the Utilities category with an Electric Utilities niche, OKLC provides concentrated, amplified exposure to a single electric-utilities-related issuer rather than a broad utility index. The fund achieves its objective primarily through derivatives—such as total return swaps and other over-the-counter contracts—and typically holds little or no direct equity in the underlying company. Designed for short-term, tactical use, OKLC resets its leverage daily and aims to provide roughly 2x the issuer’s single-day return before fees, expenses and financing costs. Because of the daily reset and compounding effects, performance over periods longer than one trading day can differ significantly from two times the cumulative return of Oklo Inc., especially in volatile markets. Investors should be aware of amplified upside and downside risk, concentration risk from exposure to one company, counterparty and liquidity risks associated with derivative instruments, and that the product is generally intended for experienced traders seeking daily directional exposure rather than long-term buy-and-hold investors. The fund is structured to offer a cost-competitive leveraged option for tactical exposure to Oklo Inc., while retaining the operational risks and return characteristics typical of leveraged, single-issuer ETFs.
