ETF Overview
Corgi MSI 2x Daily ETF
Corgi MSI 2x Daily ETF (MSIX) is a sector-focused, single-stock leveraged ETF that seeks to deliver twice (2x) the daily price performance of Motorola Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: MSI). Categorized within the Information Technology sector and concentrated in the Communications Equipment niche, MSIX provides traders and tactical investors with amplified exposure to a leading maker of mission-critical communications and safety systems—achieving its objective through derivatives such as swaps rather than by holding a proportional amount of MSI shares. By design, MSIX targets +200% of MSI’s daily return before fees and expenses. Because the fund resets daily and uses leverage and swaps, its performance over periods longer than one trading day can deviate significantly from two times the cumulative return of MSI due to compounding, market volatility, financing costs and tracking differences. These characteristics make MSIX most appropriate for experienced, short-term investors seeking directional, high-conviction bets on Motorola Solutions’ near-term price moves, or for tactical portfolio overlays; it is not intended as a long-term buy-and-hold vehicle. Investors should be aware that magnified gains come with magnified losses, and that derivative exposure introduces counterparty, liquidity and rollover risks in addition to standard equity market risk. As with all leveraged products, fees and expenses reduce returns over time. Prospective buyers should carefully review the fund’s prospectus, risk disclosures and suitability for their investment horizon and risk tolerance before investing.
