ETF Overview
BNP Paribas Easy Alpha Enhanced World UCITS ETF Accum Shs -CAP- EUR
BNP Paribas Easy Alpha Enhanced World UCITS ETF Accum Shs -CAP- EUR (FR:QGLOE) is a Europe‑domiciled UCITS equity ETF that seeks long‑term capital growth from a broad investible universe of developed‑markets equities. Rather than tracking a pure market‑cap benchmark, the fund applies a rules‑based, multi‑factor “alpha‑enhanced” selection and weighting process that tilts a broad total‑market exposure toward size and style characteristics — for example size (small vs. large) and style dimensions such as value, quality, momentum and low volatility — to pursue incremental return and risk‑management benefits from systematic factor exposures.
The strategy combines broad geographic and sector diversification across developed markets with a disciplined, systematic security selection methodology: the fund scores and ranks eligible stocks on multiple factors and adjusts weights accordingly, creating a concentrated but diversified portfolio intended to improve the risk/return profile versus a plain‑vanilla cap‑weighted index. An explicit ESG overlay is integrated into the process, using environmental, social and governance criteria to screen and influence selection and weighting, so that companies with stronger ESG profiles are favoured within the multi‑factor construct.
Shares are in accumulation form (-CAP-), meaning dividends are reinvested in the fund, and the share class is denominated in EUR. The ETF is aimed at investors who want broad developed‑market equity exposure combined with systematic, transparent factor tilts and an ESG conscious approach — suitable for a long‑term allocation seeking enhanced returns and diversified factor risks rather than a pure passive market‑cap replication. As with all equity and factor strategies, investors should be mindful of market risk, factor cycles and potential tracking error relative to conventional benchmarks.
