ETF Overview
DoubleLine Securitized Credit ETF
DoubleLine Securitized Credit ETF (DSCO) is an actively managed, broad-market ETF that invests primarily in USD‑denominated securitized credit from both government and private issuers. Its focus is asset‑backed and structured products—including agency and non‑agency mortgage‑backed securities, commercial MBS, asset‑backed securities (credit‑card, auto, student and other consumer loans) and selected CLO tranches—across a wide range of maturities and credit qualities.
The fund’s niche is broad credit exposure within the securitized markets: portfolio managers have the flexibility to shift allocations among sectors, adjust credit quality, and manage duration to pursue income and relative‑value opportunities while controlling downside risks. As an ETF, DSCO offers the daily liquidity and transparency of an exchange‑traded vehicle while providing diversified access to a specialized segment of the fixed‑income universe that can complement holdings in Treasuries, corporates and municipal bonds.
DSCO is designed for investors seeking income and diversified credit exposure through professionally managed securitized strategies. Investors should be aware of the typical risks associated with structured credit—credit and default risk, prepayment and extension risk, interest‑rate sensitivity and sector liquidity considerations—when evaluating the fund for a portfolio allocation.
