ETF Overview
Cohen & Steers Real Assets Active ETF
Cohen & Steers Real Assets Active ETF (CSRA) is an actively managed asset-allocation ETF designed to pursue capital appreciation with a targeted outcome orientation—specifically, attractive long-term total returns and enhanced real returns during inflationary periods. The fund constructs a diversified, multi-asset portfolio of inflation-sensitive real assets and related securities, drawing on Cohen & Steers’ research into real estate, infrastructure, natural resources, commodity-linked exposures and other real-asset strategies. By tactically allocating across sectors, regions and instruments and selecting securities with income and inflation-hedging characteristics, the ETF aims to both capture upside in growth phases and preserve purchasing power when inflation rises. Positioned in the Asset Allocation category with a Target Outcome focus and a Capital Appreciation niche, CSRA is intended as a complement to traditional equity and fixed-income holdings for investors seeking long-term growth with an explicit tilt toward inflation protection. Investors should expect active portfolio shifts based on market and macro views and be aware that real-asset exposures can be volatile and sensitive to commodity prices and interest-rate movements.
