ETF Overview
Corgi ASTS 2x Daily ETF
The Corgi ASTS 2x Daily ETF (ASTT) is a highly focused, single‑name leveraged exchange‑traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to two times (2x) the daily performance of the publicly traded common stock of AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTS). Classified in the Communication Services sector and positioned in the Alternative Carriers niche, the fund offers amplified exposure to a company building space‑based cellular broadband and other non‑traditional carrier solutions. Unlike broad sector ETFs, ASTT is a concentrated vehicle tied to one underlying security. It is designed to deliver double the one‑day movement of AST SpaceMobile through leverage techniques such as derivatives and/or borrowing, with a daily rebalancing mechanism that resets exposure each trading day. Because of that daily reset, returns over periods longer than a single trading day can differ markedly from two times the cumulative return of ASTS — particularly in volatile markets — due to compounding and path dependence. ASTT is intended for sophisticated, active traders and tactical allocators who want short‑term, amplified directional exposure to AST SpaceMobile. Potential uses include speculative trading, short‑term hedges or pair trades where a magnified response to ASTS is desired. The fund carries elevated idiosyncratic and volatility risk compared with diversified ETFs: amplified gains can be matched by amplified losses, and the concentrated, single‑issuer focus subjects investors to company‑specific operational, regulatory and market risks. This product is not designed for buy‑and‑hold investors or for long‑term passive exposure. Prospective investors should understand leveraged fund mechanics, monitor positions frequently, and consider how fees, tracking error and daily compounding may affect multi‑day returns.
