ETF Overview
Buffered Bulldog ETF
The Buffered Bulldog ETF (ACJL) is an actively managed Structured Outcome ETF designed for investors seeking long-term capital appreciation with a measure of downside protection in the U.S. large-cap equity market. The fund invests in a concentrated portfolio of approximately 30–50 high-conviction U.S. large-cap “bulldog” stocks, emphasizing companies the portfolio managers believe demonstrate durable business strength and compelling growth potential. To help manage market risk, ACJL implements a systematic, quarterly collar strategy using FLEX options on the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY). This S&P 500–linked options overlay is intended to provide a downside hedge while maintaining participation in a portion of potential equity-market gains, positioning the fund for investors seeking a balance between stock-market exposure and risk management.
