Intuit Inc. expanded its Board of Directors from 11 to 12 members with the appointment of Vasant Prabhu on May 2, 2024. Prabhu will serve on both the Acquisition Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee, receiving compensation similar to other non-employee directors, including restricted stock units valued at approximately $173,333. His selection was independent of any arrangements with third parties, and no conflict of interest transactions were reported.
