Bce Inc (TSE:BCE) has released an update.
BCE Inc. has announced a change in its external auditor from Deloitte LLP to Ernst & Young LLP for the fiscal year 2025, following a rigorous proposal process initiated for enhanced corporate governance. Deloitte will continue to serve through 2024 with Ernst & Young set to take over after the filing of that year’s financial statements, pending shareholder approval at the annual meetings. The transition aims for a smooth and orderly audit handover.
