Banco Macro (BMA) has released an update.
Banco Macro S.A. has announced the payment of a significant cash dividend totaling AR $294,130,167,680, to be distributed in three equal monthly installments, adjusted for inflation. The first installment will be available to shareholders on May 22, 2024, with a record date of May 21, 2024. Shareholders also have the option to apply their dividends towards the purchase of ‘Bonds for the Reconstruction of a Free Argentina’ (BOPREALs), subject to certain tax withholdings.
