We have long held a positive view of LXI among the income-oriented stocks, given its diversified portfolio across multiple sectors and its willingness to engage in capital recycling in and out of sub-sectors, as demonstrated by the announcement that it may be close to concluding a significant sale of hotels (see below). The shares have risen 14% since last month's lows, (slightly underperforming the EPRA UK the same period) and we think there is scope for a further re-rating, highlighting a fully-covered prospective dividend yield just under 7% (the UK REIT average is 4.7%).
