We view 2Q results as mixed. Organic growth missed our expectations, while margins once again surprised to the upside with mgmt tightly controlling expenses. Importantly, mgmt aggressively reaffirmed its commitment to getting to 25% adj EBITDA margins in 2025 regardless of macro. While green shoots of growth were called out again, the downward revision in organic growth expectations keeps us near-term cautious. OK quarter. 2Q revenues totaled $312M, which was in-line with the low-end of guidance of $312-315M but slightly below consensus of $316M. Both AUM/A revenues and Sub/Lic revenues were roughly $2M below anticipated, with weaker flows negatively impacting -$2M adjustment impacting Sub/Lic.
