The Real Brokerage Adds The Perry Group

The Real Brokerage (TSE: REAX) (NASDAQ: REAX), a technology-focused global real estate brokerage, announced Monday that The Perry Group has joined its growing network of agents.

With over 85 agents, The Perry Group ranked as the top team in Utah on RealTrend’s Mega Teams list for 2021.

The real estate team will be led by co-founders Jack and Michael Perry.

Jack spent six years with Coldwell Banker, six years with Keller Williams and one with eXp Realty. Michael, a college football player, got into real estate five years ago. The father-son team first worked as solo agents buying Zillow leads and started a team of agents four years ago in the Salt Lake City area.

Jack said that real estate in Salt Lake City and across the country is changing. He added that people want something new that combines a traditional brokerage with cutting-edge technology, which The Perry Group can offer.

CEO Commentary

Real Brokerage founder and CEO Tamir Poleg said, “A number of leading groups from the Salt Lake City area have recently transitioned to Real and The Perry Group marks another successful team we are proud to add to our community. Buyers are moving in large numbers to Utah and Jack, Michael and the team have a proven track record as leaders in the market.”

Wall Street’s Take

Two months ago, Roth Capital analyst Darren Aftahi kept a Buy rating on REAX and set a price target of $4.10 (C$5.23). This implies 77.8% upside potential.

As Aftahi is the only analyst to have given a stock rating for REAX in the past three months, the average Real Brokerage price target is C$5.23.
