Morgan Stanley analyst Robert Kad lowered the firm’s price target on Williams to $39 from $41 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. In midstream, the firm expects a "largely in-line earnings season that reaffirms the sector’s stability, but offers limited catalysts," the analyst tells investors in a sector preview note.
