On Friday, December 2, the President signed into law H.J. Res. 100, which provides for a resolution with respect to the unresolved disputes between certain railroads represented by the National Carriers’ Conference Committee of the National Railway Labor Conference and certain of their employees, the White House announced. Publicly traded rail companies include CSX (CSX), Canadian National (CNI), Canadian Pacific (CP), Kansas City Southern (KSU), Norfolk Southern (NSC) and Union Pacific (UNP). Reference Link
