Morgan Stanley analyst Simon Chan upgraded Vicinity Centres (CNRAF) to Equal Weight from Underweight with a price target of A$2.26, up from A$1.90. Chan, who believes large regional retail malls in Australia are positioned to offer safety, security and growth over the next 12-18 months, upgraded Scentre Group (STGPF) to Overweight and also raised GPT Group (GPTGF) to Equal Weight.
