Talkspace in talks to be acquired by Amwell, Calcalist reports

Talkspace (TALK) is in talks to be acquired by Amwell (AMWL) for around $1.50 per share, reflecting a value of only $200M for the company, Calcalist’s Sophie Shulman reports. Amwell previously tried to purchase Talkspace a few months ago, at a value of about $450M, the report notes. Reference Link
