Bernstein analyst Sara Russo raised the firm’s price target on STMicroelectronics (STM) to $55 from $45 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. Thanks to its first mover advantage with Tesla (TSLA), STM has pole position in the small, but growing area of silicon carbide power semis with c.40% market share, the firm notes.
