Sirius XM laying off 8% of workforce, The Hollywood Reporter says

Sirius XM is laying off about 8% of its workforce, or around 475 people, according to a memo sent to staff Monday from CEO Jennifer Witz, The Hollywood Reporter’s Alex Weprin reports. According to Witz, nearly every department across SiriusXM will be impacted." The executive said in the memo that "We are entering into a new phase for our company. The investments we are making in the business this year, coupled with today’s uncertain economic environment, require us to think differently about how our organization is structured." Reference Link
