Sientra is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to is Annual Report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2022. The company is unable to file the Annual Report within by the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because the company needs additional time to complete its financial statement preparation and review process and its assessment of internal control over financial reporting.
