B. Riley analyst Eric Wold raised the firm’s price target on SeaWorld to $80 from $75 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company reported upside Q4 results as the positive operating leverage from an attendance rebound, elevated per capita spending, and a focus on driving park-level efficiency more than offset any inflationary cost pressures, the analyst tells investors in a research note. With strengthened theme park demand on an expanded addressable market, the firm believes management’s decision to boost capex spending should drive financial dividends in the years ahead.
