Quaker Houghton appoints Jeffrey Fleck Chief Supply Chain Officer

Quaker Houghton announced that Jeffrey Fleck has joined the company as senior VP and Chief Supply Chain Officer effective February 27. Fleck is responsible for leading the global end-to-end supply chain organization.
