PNM Resources raises annual dividend payment 5.8% to $1.47 per share

The Board of Directors of PNM Resources voted to increase the company’s annual dividend payment by 8c, a 5.8% increase, to an indicated annual rate of $1.47 per share of common stock. The increase reflects the third increase to the dividend during the company’s pending merger. The board has declared the resulting quarterly stock dividend of 36.75c per share, payable February 17, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business February 3, 2023.
